Update also includes date for new site visit on 14 July 2026 at 0900. RSVP NLT 1500 on 10 July. Further details will be provided upon RSVP. Update also includes question responses and updated SOW for the project. 17 July 2026: Extending due date to 3 August to allow time to answer RFIs received after 14 July site visit.
