Description

Prepare for and accomplish the Regular Mid-Term Availability of the USNS OSCAR V. PETERSON (T-AO 206) as specified in the solicitation and in accordance with the work item package. The anticipated period of performance is April 14, 2027 to May 26, 2027. The place of performance for this contract shall be the contractor?s facility. Area of consideration shall be East and/or Gulf Coast. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be made available on or about 17 May 2026 through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment Solicitation Module. https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/index.xhtml. To obtain access to the work item package and government furnished information technical data, complete and return the attached non-disclosure agreement to the point of contact of this announcement. The decision to solicit as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside was made from market research. The MSC Office of Small Business and Small Business Administration Procurement Center Representative concurs. Answer request for clarifications 001 - 013 and 015 - 017. Edit the descriptions for option CLINs 0003 and 0004. Amend 02: Remove WI 0401, Answer RFCs 14, 18, and 20 - 30, Revise J-1 Work Item Index Attachment, Revise J-2 Category A Work Items Attachment. Amend 03: Answer RFCs 016, 019, 031 - 039, revise RFC answers 020, 023, and 024. Revise work items 0450, 0159, 0173A, and 0173B. Amend 04: Answer RFCs 036, 040, 041, 042, 043, 044, Revise RFC answer 039, and Revise WI 0011.
