PRODUCT: This order is for the digitization for approximately 6,504,300 pages of paper copy records. Estimated 1,971 banker boxes of files are currently packed. Many boxes show signs of wear, due to age and may need to be replaced before transporting. Contractor must include packing materials, pickup / palletization, and transportation costs as part of their bid price.
