Modification 36C24126Q0728 Intent to Compete SD/VOSB/ RFQ Reminder Statement SCI Tent Canopy Rental/ VAMC Brockton: Please be reminded that this requirement is set aside exclusively for SBA SBS (Small Business Search) VIP-verifiable  SD/VOSBs. Only eligible and verified SDVOSBs concerns that meet all solicitation requirements will be considered for award. Must be ACTIVE in SAM, NO EXCEPTIONS. Must be VIP-Verifiable as an SD/VOSB at SBA SBS. Must have an existing UEI. Please read the solicitation in its entirety, including all instructions, terms and conditions, required documentation, and submission requirements. It is the offeror s responsibility to ensure that its quotation is complete, responsive, and submitted in accordance with the solicitation. Vendors submitting quotes are responsible for ensuring that their quotes meet all requirements. Quotes that do not meet eligibility requirements cannot be considered eligible for the competition. Please refer to the Solicitation Amendments for updates and clarifications. Please remember that this is a FAR 12.6 simplified acquisition; there are no discussions or negotiations for this SD/VOSB Set-Aside competition.  The decision will be price-alone for the quote providing the product and installation as described in the Combined Synopsis.  This is a submission of quotes and are DUE 08/24/26 at 11:00 AM EASTERN TIME. The award decision will be made on or shortly after. Additionally, when constructing quotes, please keep in mind that the Government is tax-exempt. Taxes should not be included in any quote for a Government entity. This is a SDVOSB Set-Aside Competition.
