UNifying Imaging with QUantum Entanglement (UNIQUE) Proposers' Day

Amendment 01: The Special Notice has been amended to specify that the Proposers Day will take place at 8:30am ET on October 16th, 2026, at the Executive Conference Center (ECC) located at 4075 Wilson Blvd, Suite 300, Arlington, VA 22203. This Special Notice (SN) alerts the scientific community to a newly approved ARPA-H program and notifies potential proposers of an associated Proposers’ Day. See attached UNIQUE-SN-ARPA-H-SN-26-162 for further details. A Lightning Talk Template is also provided for convenience.
