The City of Granbury is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified and experienced vendors for the purchase and delivery of the following treatment chemicals: Sodium Hypochlorite 12.5% (NaOCl) Liquid Ammonium Sulfate (LAS) Sodium Hydroxide 25% (NaOH) These chemicals will be used at designated City water and wastewater treatment facilities and must meet all applicable operational, safety, and regulatory requirements. The selected proposer shall provide a reliable supply of chemicals meeting the City’s specified quality and performance requirements, maintain timely delivery, and comply with all specifications outlined in this RFP. Estimated quantities are provided solely for planning and evaluation purposes; actual purchase quantities may vary depending on treatment needs, flows, facility operations, and other operational factors. The City intends to award a contract to the proposer offering the best overall value in accordance with the evaluation criteria outlined in this document. The City reserves the right to award the contract per applicable laws, policies, and procurement requirements.
