Waller County Mobility Plan

H-GAC is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a multi-faceted mobility plan for Waller County. The plan will include data collection, identification of transportation gaps and needs, alternative analysis, and public outreach that will result in a mobility plan that identifies and prioritizes transportation improvements to address the County’s future mobility needs and support the development of roadway projects for consideration in a future mobility bond election.
