Wainwright - Construct Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking proposals to construct a new Wastewater Treatment Plant at the Wainwright Unit in Lovelady, Texas, as the current system has reached its life expectancy. The work shall consist of the replacement of the entire two Million Gallons per Day (MGD) Wastewater Treatment Plant.
