Military Sealift Command is issuing this solcitation on a Sole Source basis for Alfa Laval who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in support of the USNS LUCY STONE (T-AO 209) for Alfa Laval material "Model AQUA Blue E1 C125-HW -FS Freshwater Desalination System. The delivery location will be 1968 GILBERT STREET, NAVAL BASE BLDG., W143 DW 10, NORFOLK, VA 23511-2313. Alfa Laval is the Sole Source Provider.
