This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” in conjunction with FAR Subpart 19, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Contractors are required to be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
