STEP I (CMAR - Westfield High School & Daycare Renovations)

Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, it is the intention of the Spring Independent School District (the “District” or “Owner”) to select a Construction Manager At-Risk (“CMAR”) via a two-step Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) process, for the construction of the District's Westfield High School & Daycare Renovations. Persons or entities submitting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) and, if qualified, Price Proposals (collectively “Proposals” or “Offers”) are referred to herein as “Offeror(s)”. The Pre-proposal Conference will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 3:00 PM. The Proposal Opening will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Statement of Qualifications are due on or before 2:00 pm (CST) on August 7, 2026. An award recommendation will be made at the Spring ISD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled on November 10, 2026. Spring ISD uses an online bidding system to post and receive bids electronically.
