Signs, Sign Materials, and Hardware

Purpose: It is the intent of the following specifications to describe various types of Signs, Sign Materials, and Hardware needed by Collin County. All Signs, materials and hardware items for all bid sections must meet or exceed the standards set forth in the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (TMUTCD) (latest edition), and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT).
