Service Plan for Thermo Fisher Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer IFB

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (“TABC”) seeks to contract with one or more qualified vendor(s) to provide a service plan for the existing Thermo Fisher Scientific Trace 1310 Gas Chromatograph and ISQ LT Mass Spectrometer. The issuing office believes that the requested items in this request for offers may be proprietary to one vendor under Section 2155.067 of the Government Code; however, the issuing office strongly encourages offers from all qualified respondents that may be able to provide the requested items.
