Notice ishereby given that the City of Laredo is accepting Statement of Qualifications(SOQs) from qualified firms interested in providing professional ConstructionMaterials Quality Testing and Subsurface Exploration Services to be awarded ona rotation basis to perform geotechnical engineering and construction materialstesting for Construction Projects for the City of Laredo. Professional ServiceAgreements will be issued per project upon funding available for a two (2) yearterm with one (1) option for a two (2) year renewal for a total term of four(4) years beginning October 1, 2026 and ending September 30, 2030.
