RFQ 2026-023 RFQ On Call Structural Engineering

Description: The City of San Antonio (City), Capital Delivery Department (CDD), is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms (Respondents) to provide on-call or as-needed structural engineering services for City-owned facilities. Services will support new construction and major renovations, with the goal of providing safe, durable, code-compliant, and well-coordinated structural systems. Work may include assessment and evaluation of existing or proposed structural systems; preparation of design documents; interdisciplinary coordination with architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines; construction-phase services, including site visits, submittal and request for information reviews, and field observations; and project close-out and warranty follow-up services.
