RFPCSP-730-UofH-3143 New Office Space for Environmental and Health Service EHS in Melcher Building FY26 REBID

In accordance with Texas Education Code, Section 51.783, the University of Houston (“Owner”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each a “Respondent”) for Melcher EHS Life Sciences (the “Project”), located at 3871 Holman St. in Houston, TX 77204 . All labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to build the office spaces in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by THIEL DESIGN GROUP LLC, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A. === Two non-mandatory meetings are scheduled for this project. A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 3, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT at Melcher Life Sciences (MEL 533) Building: 3871 Holman St. Houston, TX 77204. Meet inside the main entrance lobby. A second non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at 3:00 PM CT via Zoom.
