RFP for Registered Accessibility Specialist Services

SCOPE: Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for the provision of registered accessibility specialist (RAS) services to perform the following for TFC projects. Register qualifying projects with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR); Conducting plan reviews on construction documents generating a report indicating deficiencies; Conducting a site inspection and generating a report indicating deficiencies; And when required, filing a variance assembled by TFC to TDL R. TFC anticipates award to one or more vendors from this solicitation.
