RFI Identify Existing Thermal-Vacuum Facilities in Texas

Identify existing thermal-vacuum (TVAC) chamber facilities in Texas; describe potential upgrades to support environmental testing and evaluation for in-space operations – large spacecraft (25’ diameter by 45’ height) certification and environmental qualification. Identify highly qualified companies/organizations capable of upgrading existing, operational Texas facilities into commercially available, NASA-class environmental verification facilities for spaceflight hardware development, payload verification, subsystem testing, troubleshooting, and mission-readiness activities.
