RFB 2026-027 - Mowing and Grounds Maintenance for High-Low ROWs

The primary purpose of this project is for the mowing, shredding, edging, weed eating, grass trimming, weeding landscaped areas and blowing of grass within the city rights-of-way. Maps to areas are attached. Work may be performed Monday through Friday. This contract will be for 1 year with 4 optional renewals TxDot Qualifications are NOT Required for this project. Detailed specifications are attached as Appendices.
