HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for Reverse Osmosis/Deionization (RO/DI) Water System: Panel and Sensor Replacement. On-Site Visit HHSC will conduct an optional on-site visit at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda. The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility. Attendance is strongly encouraged but not required. Failure to attend in person will not disqualify a Bidder. Location for On-Site Visit: Dr. Bob Glaze Laboratory Services Section Building (DBGL) 1100 W. 49 TH , ST., Austin, TX 78756 Onsite contact: Riley.Ryan@dshs.texas.gov Bidders must notify the on-site contact listed above regarding attendance. Main entrance of building DBGL is on the South side of the building facing surface parking & parking garage Visitor parking or any non-restricted parking Identification required A driver’s license or other acceptable government issued photo I.D. Procedure for entry Check in with security office at the front entrance lobby Provide I.D. Inform the security officer of the purpose of visit & name of DSHS contact Sign entrance form at security desk Receive temporary self-adhering paper visitor I.D. place I.D. on person where it is visible Security will contact DSHS staff for access escort, vendor may also call contact person DSHS staff will provide an escort for the site visit.
