REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE NEXUS STUDY FOR THE CITY OF EDINBURG, TEXAS

The City of Edinburg, Texas (“City”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified consulting firms to prepare a comprehensive Development Impact Fee Nexus Study in accordance with applicable Texas law, including Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code. The purpose of this study is to evaluate, update, and support the City’s development impact fees to ensure they are technically defensible, legally compliant, and aligned with the City’s current and future infrastructure needs. The selected consultant will provide professional services to analyze growth trends, infrastructure demands, capital improvement needs, and the proportional share of costs attributable to new development.
