TheUniversity of Texas System Supply Chain Alliance will publish Request for Proposal (RFP)UTS/A129 ENTERPRISE RESEARCHADMINISTRATION PLATFORM (eRA) on August 28, 2026 through The University ofTexas MD Anderson Cancer Center’s Jaggaer e-Sourcing tool.This RFP is for the selection of one or more Preferred Suppliers to provide cloud-basedElectronic Research Administration (eRA) platform products and services,including pre-award proposal development, post-award award management, researchcompliance workflows, and related professional services, to Alliance Membersand Affiliates. We are very interested in your company’s participation andinvite you to register as a potential supplier. The RFP is posted for downloadin Jaggaer and the RFP documents can be found under Settings & Content /Questions. A pre-proposal conference (virtual via Zoom) is scheduled for September11, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. Attendance is not required but is stronglyencouraged. Proposers should use the Zoom URL links in the published RFP toregister for and attend the pre-proposal conference.
