Procurement and Turnkey Installation of a 250 kW Diesel Emergency Generator System – City of Waxahachie Senior Center

The City of Waxahachie is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to furnish, deliver, and provide a complete turnkey installation of a new 250 kW diesel emergency generator system at the City of Waxahachie Senior Center. The awarded contractor shall be responsible for procuring and furnishing the generator, automatic transfer switch (ATS), diesel fuel system, and all specified accessories identified in this solicitation, along with providing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, engineering, permits, installation, testing, startup, commissioning, training, and documentation necessary to deliver a fully operational standby power system. The project shall be completed on a turnkey basis, providing the City with a fully functional emergency power system that has been tested, commissioned, and accepted for operation.
