Photo and ID Card Solution

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice requires a Contractor to provide, by lease, a Photo and ID Card solution to produce digitally printed color identification cards for both employees and Inmates and to store and retrieve black-and-white Mug Shots of Inmates, preferably utilizing a web-based solution.
