ON-SITE PHARMACY SERVICES AND PHARMACY SUBLEASE

Burke is seeking Proposals from vendors for ON-SITEPHARMACY SERVICES AND PHARMACY SUBLEASE. Pharmacy Services will be providedto the participating Burke persons served as well as some employed staff withinits eleven-county catchment area. Pharmacy Sublessor will lease one space inLufkin. Services will also be provided to off-site Burke facilities. In FY25 Burke paid current vendor approximately $29,000 for prescriptions that was the responsibility of Burke to purchase. Burke is issuing this RFP to select a Contractor to provide an in-house pharmacy and other services defined is this RFP for the next two (2) years.
