On-Call Planning, Resilience, and Community Development Services

The Coastal Bend Council of Governments ("CBCOG") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms and multidisciplinary consultant teams to provide oncall planning, resilience, community development, housing, economic development, infrastructure planning, and related professional services on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) basis. CBCOG serves local governments and regional stakeholders throughout the Coastal Bend region and anticipates the need for planning and technical assistance services to support a variety of local, regional, state, and federally funded initiatives. The initial task order is anticipated to be the preparation of a Comprehensive Plan for the City of Refugio, Texas. Additional task orders may include work for other municipalities, counties, special districts, regional initiatives, and grant-funded projects as funding becomes available. CBCOG intends to select one or more firms through this solicitation.
