Description
East Texas A&M University (“ETAMU”) is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms (“Respondents”) with demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, creative, media, public relations, web, and campaign support services for higher education. The objective is to establish a qualified pool of firms capable of executing rapid-turnaround marketing projects, with the ability to deliver within 90 days from project start to completion. Selected firms may be engaged on an as-needed basis for projects of varying size and complexity, which may include comprehensive campaign development, academic program or event promotion, digital ad sets, branding, market research, creative asset production, web strategy, public relations, media placements, social media management, analytics, and performance measurement. Projects can span audience research, direct marketing, target audience strategies, marketing plan and campaign development, earned media, media buying, content and creative development, sub-brand or program platform creation, web and digital support, UX/UI recommendations, event and activation support, and project management.
