On Call Civil Engineering Services

The City of San Antonio (“City”) is seeking Statementsof Qualifications (“SOQ”) from qualified engineering firms to provide on-call or as-needed services to provide civil engineering services, program support, and construction phase support to include expanded construction management services for time sensitive situations in connection with City improvements and projects for the duration of the contract. The City intends to award up to eight (8) contracts, as a result of this RFQ; however, the final number of awarded contracts will be determined by the number of proposals received and the outcome of the evaluation process . Therefore, the selected consultant(s) shall be available to immediately assign qualified personnel necessary to perform and complete the assignment, commence services immediately as needs arise, and complete assigned projects within the specified time.
