Texas Tech University (“TTU”) is seekingcompetitive Responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for Mail ProcessingServices for TTU. Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking proposals fromqualified and experienced firms to provide comprehensive services for thepreparation, processing, and distribution of correspondence (“Services”) tostudents, parents, donors, alumni, and other targeted audiences. Correspondence (“Correspondence”) means any printed expressmail, certified mail, magazines, marketing materials, etc. Services will be requested on an as-neededbasis. Any resulting contract(s) shall be non-exclusive and will not guaranteea minimum volume or contract value. TTU reserves the right to make multipleawards as deemed to be in its best interest.
