Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood, Texas is issuing a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for a firm fixed price supply contract to identify qualified and experienced locksmith service providers capable of supplying and delivering a large quantity of lock cores and keys for an existing master key system at Fort Hood, Texas. See the attached COMBO, Statement of Work, Attachment 1, and Attachment 2 All questions must be submitted no later than 10:00 AM Central Time on May 12, 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer at the above email addresses. Security and Compliance: All locksmith work must be performed by licensed professionals per Texas state law.
