Installation Custodial Interim

The Government is fully committed to maximizing competition for this requirement. The intent of the the sole-source nature of this three-month interim action is not due to a lack of a competitive marketplace but is a necessary temporary measure to prevent a lapse in service. The actions taken to ensure future competition are robust and are currently in progress.
