Frisco Library Roof Replacement

Collin College is seeking qualified proposals for the Frisco Library Roof Replacement Project. This Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) and Standing Seam Roof Project will involve the installation of a durable, high-performance roofing system designed to provide long-term protection, energy efficiency, and weather resistance. The project includes the installation of a TPO roofing membrane on designated low-slope roof areas and a standing seam metal roofing system on sloped roof sections. Each roofing system is selected to meet the specific requirements of the building while providing reliable protection against rain, wind, UV exposure, and other environmental conditions. Upon completion, the project will deliver a dependable and aesthetically appealing roofing solution that supports the building's structural protection and long-term operational efficiency. Quality control inspections will be conducted throughout the installation process to verify compliance with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes.
