Fire Systems Inspection, Maintenance, and Repair at Terrell State Hospital

HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for the performance of inspections, maintenance, and testing of fire extinguishers and Vent-A Hoods, which include the annual fire extinguisher inspections and required maintenance when due at the Terrell State Hospital. Fire sprinklers systems and Fire Alarm System require service and inspection annually, semi-annually, and quarterly with documentation for all buildings, backflow devices, all tamper and flow switches, four (4) domestic backflow devices, fourteen (14) fire line backflow devices, fifty-five (55) RPZ backflow devices, and three (3) hydrants. All inspections are in accordance with NFPA 25 2010 and all other applicable NFPA and Joint Commission and Medicare standards.
