The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), seeks a single qualified Contractor ("Enrollment Broker") to conduct enrollment, client outreach/informing, client financial contribution and fund management services for an improved client experience, collectively referred to as "Enrollment Broker Operations", in accordance with the specifications contained in this Solicitation.
