You are invited to submit a sealed bid for the purchase of DISPOSAL OF USED WASTE OIL, OIL FILTERS, LUBRICANTS AND BATTERIES as requested by the City of Edinburg Solid Waste Management Department. The specifications listed below are minimum requirements and are intended to govern, in general, the size and material desired. The City of Edinburg reserves the right to evaluate variations from these specifications.
