CSP RFP – RELLIS Water Tower – Texas A&M University

The Texas A&M University System Office of Facilities Planning & Construction is soliciting proposals through the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process on behalf of the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System for the RELLIS Water Tower in Bryan, Texas. This project will add 0.75 Million Gallon (MG) Composite Elevated Storage Tank (EST) located on the RELLIS Campus for the Board of Regents of The Texas A&M University System. The project includes the following elements: • 0.5 MG EST • EST Demolition • ~400 LF of 16” HDPE Water Line • ~900 LF of 6”/12” HDPE Sanitary Sewer • Pressure Reducing Valve Vaults • Drainage Improvements • Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls • Associated Site Work.
