Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for 338 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (ESS) Human Capital

The Government is inviting offerors to submit White Papers with strategic sourcing solutions for HC services, as specified in individual Area(s) of Interest (AOIs).
