Commencement Flowers, Gifts, and Related Merchandise Services

Tarleton State University is soliciting competitive bids from qualified Respondents to provide commencement flowers, gifts, and related graduation merchandise for sale at designated University commencement ceremonies. The successful Respondent will provide all personnel, products, inventory, equipment, supplies, point-of-sale capabilities, and other resources necessary to promote, display, sell, and manage approved commencement-related merchandise at designated University commencement events.
