City Facility Renovations (700 Metcalf and 100 Park Pl.)

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the CMC and Old OJJCC Renovation in accordance with the plans, specifications, drawings, and reports prepared for this Project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the correction of identified structural deficiencies and the rehabilitation of affected building components. The objective of this Project is to restore these facilities to safe, functional, serviceable, and code-compliant conditions while ensuring the completed work meets all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
