Chapel Hill Station 36 Kitchen Separation and Renovation Project

Smith County Emergency Services District No. 2 is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the renovation of the existing shared kitchen at the Chapel Hill Facility. The project generally consists of demolition of existing kitchen components, construction of new partition walls, creation of independent Fire Station and Community Center kitchens, installation of new cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical modifications, HVAC modifications, complete interior painting of occupied building areas, and associated finish work.
