The Tarrant Regional Water District (Owner) is requesting Proposals for the following: The proposed work consists of the demolition of buildings and site appurtenances at the following locations: Parcel 164 – 1022 North Calhoun Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76164 Building 14 – Purchasing Offices (1022A North Calhoun Street) Building 17, 18, 19, & 20 – Operations Offices (1022B North Calhoun Street) The proposed work is a critical element in meeting deadlines for the proposed Bypass Channel construction schedule established by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
