Animal Shelter Renovation

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental items necessary to complete the Animal Shelter Renovation in strict accordance with the Architectural/Engineering (A/E) plans, specifications, drawings, and reports prepared for this Project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the correction of identified structural deficiencies and the rehabilitation of affected building components. The objective of this Project is to restore the facility to a safe, functional, serviceable, and code-compliant condition while ensuring the completed work meets all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
