ACT Building Asbestos Abatement Services at TSTC - Waco

Texas State Technical College is soliciting proposals from qualified suppliers to provide asbestos abatement services for the ACT Building located at 3801 Campus Drive, Waco, Texas 76705. The purpose of this solicitation is to select a qualified supplier with demonstrated asbestos abatement experience, appropriate licensing and certifications, sufficient staffing and equipment, and the ability to perform the work safely and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The selected supplier shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, supplies, job-related insurance, required equipment, materials, transportation, disposal, documentation, and incidentals necessary to complete the asbestos abatement work in accordance with this Scope of Work, the project specifications, applicable drawings, and all solicitation documents.
