Texas Commission on Environmental Quality seeks tocontract for work that supports the implementation of the AirCheckTexas VehicleEmissions I/M program by providing updates as necessary to the software on the Opus analyzers. The current versions of software on the Opus analyzers areproprietary and licensed for the sole use of the particular analyzer on whichit resides. Modifications can only be performed by the manufacturer who produced the analyzer.
