2028 Liberty County Mobility Plan

H-GAC, in partnership with Liberty County, seeks a qualified contractor to update the 2022 Liberty County Mobility Study and develop a comprehensive, county-wide mobility plan. The project will address rapid growth through data collection, transportation needs assessment, evaluation of alternatives, and public outreach. The plan will integrate land use and development trends while prioritizing safety, mobility, and an efficient, high-quality roadway network.
