Reason for amendment #3 to specify again and clarify Energy source, hitch type(yes I really mean both as stated), and battery capacity(what is specified or better). and also to define equal to or better than means equal to or better than, not reasonable close. Will not provide any more of an address than the base one supplied in listing. Will not set a delivery appointment for a vendor when we dont know who might win the bid.
