The Memphis-Shelby County Airport Authority IT Master Plan for FY2026-2030 should set a clear path for leveraging technology to enhance airport operational efficiency, the passenger experience, innovation, cybersecurity and business continuity. The respondent must have a highly specialized combination of skills and experience in creating Information Technology Master Plans for airport environments, taking into consideration all of the above.
