Description

WeGo Public Transit (Nashville MTA) keeps the Nashville region moving, and a reliable transit fleet depends on clean, stable, high-quality fuel. Through this solicitation, WeGo is seeking a qualified partner to deliver a comprehensive Fuel Quality Monitoring and Management Program that protects its diesel and gasoline supply — and the vehicles and equipment that depend on it — at its two fueling facilities at 130 Nestor Street and 430 Myatt Drive. The goal is straightforward: safeguard fuel quality from the storage tank to the engine, reduce fuel-related breakdowns and maintenance costs, and give WeGo confidence in every gallon dispensed. WeGo is looking for more than a product supplier. This is an integrated, "lock-and-key" program that combines high-performance fuel-treatment products and microbial control with the services that make them effective: routine ISO 9001 laboratory testing, an in-region technician, scheduled site visits, hands-on staff training, custom fuel management, and clear, consistent reporting. The ideal partner will bring a proven track record of measurably improving fuel quality and lowering equipment costs for comparable fleets, along with the in-house capability to engineer, supply, test, and support the program end to end. This is a five-year opportunity to partner with one of Tennessee's largest public transit agencies on a program that directly supports safe, dependable service for the community. WeGo encourages experienced, quality-focused vendors to review the full technical specifications and submit a proposal that demonstrates how their integrated solution will keep WeGo's fleet running clean.
