Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q0231 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Spongy Moth lure (Lymantria dispar), (+) disparlure. The spongy moth pheromone is used to detect previously unknown infestations of spongy moth. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.
