The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses, for production of the item identified below. Interested vendors are encouraged to complete the survey located under "Attachments/Links" and return it via email to the point of contact attached to this posting, with the subject line: Market Survey - Blower, Air Barrier. You may respond in total, or in part, to the survey. However, all responses must be received no later than 25 August 2026 at 12:00 PM Local Warren, MI time.
